  27. Gatitafelyz - January 28, 2012 at 3:21 am

what kind of brand you use?? 100% Organic Argan Oil by Beauty Giving Kahina

  28. glamology - January 28, 2012 at 3:55 am

@lilqtxanq3l The only real difference is that the organic yogurt may be free of some questionable preservatives. Either will work fine though. I would recommend just a yogurt with a normal fat content. Try to find one sweetened with sugar not sucrose or aspertame.

  29. lilqtxanq3l - January 28, 2012 at 4:19 am

What’s the difference between organic yogurt and plain yogurt? Does it have difference working properties? Also when choosing the yogurt, is low fat, non fat, whole fat better? Please help.

@hunnedfourthstreet Not a single comment on this page for 3 months & the moment you post someone immediately answers ON BEHALF of amaloil. Hmmm. Girlylove is absolutely associated with amaloils. I won’t bother to go into detail but that was not a coincidence.

  31. girlylove555 - January 28, 2012 at 5:54 am

@hunnedfourthstreet Argan nuts are cracked by hand and it employs women in Morocco, so that is a common ground for almost all argan companies. What differentiates one from another, is the quality of the argan nuts (not sure the exact details of this) and the method of extraction. Machine cold press is best because it doesn’t require anything to be added to the nuts to press them, whereas hand pressed requires H20 to be added then removed negatively affects argan oil quality (research proven)

  32. hunnedfourthstreet - January 28, 2012 at 6:41 am

@girlylove555 What method of extraction makes Argan Oil higher quality? And I appreciate your comment. Thanks

  33. girlylove555 - January 28, 2012 at 7:07 am

@hunnedfourthstreet i have no association with amal oils, i love their product and the owner is Moroccan which is awesome. I’ve tried Shea Terra before, they use hand pressed oils, a method that makes lower quality argan oil. You should try Amal Oils, you’ll see the difference. They have some other great products though that Amal Oils doesn’t have that are great, like shea butter. Being African American myself, I love that Shea Terra supports lots of countries in Africa.

  34. hunnedfourthstreet - January 28, 2012 at 7:40 am

@amaloils you found a great brand? yet your name is the brand that you’re selling.. nice! i would highly recommend Shea Terra Organics Argan Oil, i have no association with the company aside from being a consumer.

stop using the microwave to heat things up because it destroys all the natural enzymes and nutrients of whatever you place in there.

  35. glamology - January 28, 2012 at 8:23 am

    @elohelreh Great tip! :) xo

  36. elohelreh - January 28, 2012 at 8:52 am

If you don’t want to use the microwave (cuz it’s gross and you should stop!) put the oil in a small bowl. add boiling water to a coffee cup/mug. put the small bowl over the cup. the steam will melt the honey to the consistency you want much faster than 20 secs in the micro. and then you can have some tea before the mask hardens too much. <3

  37. glamology - January 28, 2012 at 9:15 am

    your very welcome :)

  38. BeeAngelful - January 28, 2012 at 9:35 am

  44. glamology - January 28, 2012 at 1:00 pm

    Hi 4countrygal4,
You are young to be starting anti age at 20. Prevention is key. Having the right skin care routine for your skin type Is best. Anti age creams, speed up the metabolism of the cells and repair/rejuvenate the skin. Since you are a young skin this is all ready taking place. For you protecting from sun exposure and prevent moisture loss is the best way to get your skin healthy and young.

  45. 4countrygal4 - January 28, 2012 at 1:51 pm

Thanks I am going to try it!

Question: Do you think it’s ok for a 20 year old to start using anti-wrinkle creams at night? I really don’t want to get wrinkles and my Mom has a ton so that is why I am worried. I’ve heard lots of sides to this question but I think prevention is key. What do you think?

    Btw, how old are you?

    THANKS!
